Former wine retailers/bar owners Agnes and Renee Mosse caught the natural winemaking bug from some legendary Loire producers, then attended vigneron school in Amboise with some equally legendary teachers from across France. Renee is mostly retired, but Agnes still works, alongside their sons Joseph and Sylvestre, who have been making most of the wines really since 2014. We love a family affair!
And well, we're real suckers for a sparkling rosé, especially one that's super-sized. Moussamoussettes is a blend of Pineau d'Aunis and Gamay from Anjou. It tastes like strawberry yogurt, and it's so damn festive. I will definitely be bringing one to every last holiday party this season.
