Light, zingy, spicy, dark-fruited chillable red from the island of Sardegna, where residents thank the regional wine and cuisine for their noted longevity. The indigenous grapes for this wine are dry farmed organically and hand harvested then fermented in cavernous cement tanks beneath the winery. Excellent with tinned fish and marinated olives, my ideal dinner.
