Winemaking: Grapes were left whole cluster, foot tread and left to soak for 48 hours. Pressed and moved to flex tank egg. 200 lbs of pressed Grüner Veltliner skins were added to the must, and remained through the 11 day primary fermentation. Racked to 2 neutral red wine barrels where the wine went through malolactic transformation naturally. Aged six months. Unfined, unfiltered, no sulfur added.
