Winemaking: Grapes are destemmed and chilled to 8°C, then direct press to tank and settled for 24 hours. Temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation with indigenous yeasts at 13-17*C for 25 days. Partial malolactic fermentation. Unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulphites.

Natural wine at a great price! This wine, with no added sulfites, is not your typical Chardonnay. Shake it up, chill it down and enjoy that cloudy appearance and refreshing acidity. (PS - “No es Pituko!” means “It ain’t fancy!”)
