Winemaking: Grapes were foot crushed whole cluster into a one ton bins with one-hundred percent stem inclusion and let to ferment with once daily punchdowns. After twelve days the grapes were pressed and settled juice was moved to old French oak barrels to complete fermentation, including full malolactic, which finished in July of 2022. In August the wine was racked out of barrel and bottled by hand without fining or filtration.
