Winemaking: Grapes were immediately pressed after harvest and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tank and barrels. Aged for 4-6 months in stainless steel. No fining, light filtration, no sulphur added.

Biodynamic Verdejo from Castilla-La Mancha. Crisp and a little grassy with refreshing lime notes as well. Goes down easy!
