Winemaking: Grapes were vinified separately, all de-stemmed and gently macerated at cool temperatures for 4-14 days. The Millen and Pyaleh Vineyard wines were made as rose. The wines were then aged separately for 9 months in a combination of neutral oak and flextanks at which point the components were blended and 15ppm of sulfur was added. The wine was bottled unfined/unfiltered.
