Produced by Oka Shuzo, a family-owned distillery in Kawaga Prefecture, Japan, that has been making traditional spirits for over 100 years! This stunner is a neutral rice distillate infused with fresh yuzu peel, and all yuzus - a small, sour citrus fruit – are picked from a 90+ year old grove sans pesticides or chemicals. Bright, zesty, citrusy, with a touch of sweetness from Hokkaido sugar beet sugar. Try neat, or in shochu or sake based cocktails!
