Zucca Amaro Rabarbaro

Named after Zucca’s bar in Milano (rather than the Italian for squash), this rhubarb-based amaro is rich, tart, and a little smoky. Citrus zest and cardamom round out its botanical bill, with molasses flavors making it perfectly bittersweet. Negroni, anyone?
