400 Conejos Mezcal Cuishe

"400 Conejos" is named after the ancient Mesoamerican belief that agave spirits were occupied by 400 rabbits. Those who drank the spirits would then be controlled by one of the 400 rabbits, but no one knew which rabbit (and accompanying personality) you would get with each mezcal. This one, made from Cuishe and Espadin, boasts sweet agave, floral, and earthy tones.
