Gaston Béraut and his sons, Martin and Mathieu, craft this complex Armagnac in Ténarèze from a 50/50 blend of Ugni Blanc and Folle Blanche that’s aged 5 years in local French oak and Limousin casks. Raisins, toasted cereal, cinnamon.

In the Domfrontais appellation of Calvados, law mandates that 30% of the fruit used be pears, and the remainder apples. This brandy is freaking delicious, and the answer to the problem of winter.
