Introduced by the Laird Family in 1964 to celebrate New Jersey’s 300th anniversary, this 100% apple brandy is aged in charred oak barrels for 7 and a half years. Notes of baked apple, pear, wood.

The Dudognon family has been growing grapes and distilling cognac since 1776. Double distilled with no sweetening additives, bottled after 10 years in barrel. 

Gaston Béraut and his sons, Martin and Mathieu, craft this complex Armagnac in Ténarèze from a 50/50 blend of Ugni Blanc and Folle Blanche that’s aged 5 years in local French oak and Limousin casks. Raisins, toasted cereal, cinnamon.

In the Domfrontais appellation of Calvados, law mandates that 30% of the fruit used be pears, and the remainder apples. This brandy is freaking delicious, and the answer to the problem of winter.
