Every year in Frankfort, Kentucky, master blender Sean Josephs adjusts each batch of rye at Castle & Key Distillery to create the best expression at that moment in time (applying his palate as a master sommelier). This 2022 vintage consists of 60% rye, 20% corn, and 20% malted barley, and is aged at least 2 years before bottling. Non-chill filtered. Pear, clove, walnut, honeycomb.
