Sustainably farmed, the fruit is foot-stomped and minimally macerated for only a few hours before pressing to extract subtle color and structure, yielding a paler, energetic rosé with saline lift. Bright aromas of strawberry and cream mingle with mineral tension and a hint of savory air. The palate is crisp, nervy, and juicy, finishing with refreshing acidity and a long, saline‑driven aftertaste.
