Fernet Branca

In 1845, Bernardino Branca created this uber bitter amaro in Milan with the motto “Novare serbando” (“innovate but keep”) in mind, passing down the secret blend of 27 different herbs, roots, and spices from generation to generation where it remains unchanged today. This industry favorite contains ingredients such as aloe ferox, gentian, saffron, and Chinese rhubarb that lend its signature minty, licorice laden flavor.
