A crystalline, terroir-driven wine made from organically farmed vineyards. Typically crafted from 30–60-year-old Chenin vines rooted in limestone, clay, and silex soils, Frantz adopts a hands-on, low-intervention approach: the grapes are harvested by hand, whole-cluster pressed, and fermented spontaneously using indigenous yeasts. Mineral and very fresh!
