Noble Coyote Espadin is made with cultivated agave Espadin. The cooked agave are milled by hand with mallets, and it’s double-distilled in copper alembic stills. Green aromas dominate, followed by anise and subtle smoky notes. Bright green herbal flavors continue on the palate, into a medium-long finish.
