Tierra Fundida Tacoronte-Acentejo Wanderer Tinto 2023

The grapes for the Wanderer Tinto are sourced from the Cruz de Leandro area within the Tacoronte-Acentejo DO on the island of Tenerife. The region is defined by its young, volcanic soils. The wine is made using a low-intervention approach: it is fermented whole cluster with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and aged in large concrete tanks. This process results in a wine with high, salty acidity, savory notes of smoke and iron, and bright red fruit.
