Our friend Todd Cavallo from Wild Arc Farm’s take on the traditional Arak spirit, right here in the Hudson Valley! Named for his great-great-grandmother Nasara Metre, who was born in Nazareth and followed her children to the US when the British Occupation started. Mix with water (as common in the Middle East) for the “louche effect,” transforming the clear spirit milky white, or sip neat. And 10% of all proceeds benefit Palestinians!
