This blend of Chardonnay (80%) and Savagnin (20%) is aged "sous voile" (under a veil of flor yeast) for 30 months, giving it a subtle, oxidative complexity. It presents aromas of poached pear and orange peel, with a savory palate marked by hints of nuts, dried herbs, and a silky texture.
