This wine is a co-ferment of Tempranillo and Graciano from the historic Ibarra-Young Vineyard, which has been farmed organically since the 1990s. The winemakers employ regenerative and biodynamic practices, and the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered. The name "Cariño" translates to 'darling' in Spanish.
