A zesty, mineral-driven expression from organic vineyards in Mendocino County. The grapes—certified organic and dry-farmed at Feliz Creek—are hand-harvested, destemmed, and left overnight on skins to enhance aromatics. Fermented in stainless steel, then aged on lees for six months. The wine is bottled unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulfur (zero-zero).
