La Gran Señora is the first net zero carbon impact distillery in Mexico! Maestra Tequilera Elena Camarena practices sustainable agriculture and water renewal while growing Blue Weber agave at 7,000 feet of elevation in Jalisco. This anejo is harvested after a minimum of six years, distilled twice using stainless steel pot stills, and rested 12 months in ex-tequila casks made of American white oak.
