La Vecchia Posta Saliceto Vino Bianco 2021

This white wine is made from the Cortese grape, which is famously used in the Gavi DOCG, but here it is grown at high elevations in the Colli Tortonesi area of Piedmont. The wine is made by Roberto from La Vecchia Posta, who grows the Cortese organically in silty, fossil-rich soils. It is fermented with native yeasts and aged in stainless steel, resulting in a fresh, bright, and mineral-driven white wine.
