Wein Goutte "Schlado" Light Red 2023

The grapes undergo a short maceration (just under two days for some components, up to five days for others) before being pressed. Fermentation and aging occur in a mix of stainless steel tanks and used 500L barrels on fine lees. The wine is bottled with a low dose of sulfur and is intentionally cloudy/unfiltered. A unique "glou-glou" style wine, wonderfully served chilled and drank often.
