Winemaking: Each variety and vineyard site was harvested and fermented separately, with varying amounts of whole cluster. Gently pressed and aged separately in neutral French oak before blending; bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal effective sulfites.
A little bottle of California sunshine with a wild streak. Juicy strawberry, raspberry, pepper and crunchy red fruit, with silky texture and just enough savory spice to keep things interesting. Ravie means “delighted” in French...and honestly, same.
