Andreas Tscheppe’s Blue Dragonfly 2023 is a terroir-rich Sauvignon Blanc from South Styria (Südsteiermark), Austria. Crafted from 10-year-old vines planted on limestone/opok soils, the grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and vinified in 300–2000 L oak barrels with spontaneous fermentation. After 18 months aging in the same barrels, the wine is bottled unfined, unfiltered, with minimal sulfur additions to preserve freshness.
Perfect with crunchy greens, fresh seafood, or aged cheeses—Blue Dragonfly 2023 is both refined and adventurous, capturing the wild elegance of Styria’s slopes.
