This wine is a fresh, dry white Rioja made predominantly from the Viura grape (also known as Macabeo). It is sourced from old, low-yielding vines located on high-altitude, poor, chalky clay soils—the same type of land traditionally used for white plantings in the area. The wine is fermented and aged in a combination of stainless steel, concrete, and used oak to add texture and complexity without masking the fruit's freshness and minerality. It typically shows pure stone fruit aromas and a crisp, dry finish.
