Farming: Practicing Organic. Hand-harvested grapes from vines approximately 60 years old, planted in the well-draining gravel soils of the Grand Poujeaux plateau.
Winemaking: Fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and concrete tanks, with individual vineyard parcels vinified separately. Aged for approximately 12 months in French oak barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Tucked among some of Bordeaux's most prestigious estates, Château Peyredon Lagravette is a tiny, family-run property making beautifully classic Left Bank wines without the grand château price tag. Stéphane and Laurence Dupuch farm their old vines with a deep respect for the surrounding landscape, producing a Cabernet-driven blend full of blackcurrants, dark cherries, cedar, and gentle baking spice. The 2022 vintage is particularly charming, with polished tannins, generous fruit, and just enough structure to reward a few years in the cellar. An elegant, wonderfully approachable Bordeaux that punches well above its weight. Perfect for a special dinner.
