Winemaking: Riesling is direct-pressed and fermented in barrel; the other grapes undergo whole-cluster skin maceration for about 15 days before being aged together in barrel for 11 months. Minimal intervention, unfined and unfiltered.

Aromatic and wonderfully fresh, with ripe citrus, white flowers, stone fruit, and a little spice. There’s plenty of texture from the skin contact, but the Riesling keeps everything lifted and focused, finishing bright, saline, and dry. A very cool meeting of Alsatian grapes and De Moor’s distinctly Burgundian hands.
