Loire Chenin doing exactly what Loire Chenin does best. Bright, bone-dry and beautifully stony, with green apple, grapefruit, pear skin and a little smoky flint. Fresh, racy and ridiculously good with salty things- oysters, goat cheese, or whatever dinner happens to be.
