Winemaking: Grapes are picked in the cool early mornings and direct-pressed; each lot is naturally fermented in stainless steel and neutral French oak, then blended and aged on the lees for a few months before light filtration and a small addition of sulfur.
A Pacific Northwest white with a little Loire Valley attitude. Juicy citrus, grapefruit, green apple and peach meet a soft, leesy texture and a lovely salty-mineral snap. Bright, lush and fun to drink.
