Winemaking: Mostly whole-cluster fermentation with indigenous yeast; 8 days of semi-carbonic maceration in wood, followed by gentle extraction. Aged 12 months in Burgundy barrels, about 15% new oak; unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur at bottling.

Bright and silky with wild raspberry, griotte cherry, dried herbs, crushed stone, and a subtle spicy edge. Juicy and light on its feet, but with enough structure and earthy depth to make it unmistakably Burgundy. A seriously charming Pinot from one of Dijon’s most interesting vineyards.
