Farming: Sustainably farmed and HVE-certified, with leaf-thinning and short pruning to manage the vines and encourage healthy, concentrated fruit.
Winemaking: Destemmed and macerated for 8–10 days in concrete vats, followed by alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Aged in tank until bottling.
Loire Valley Malbec, and she’s feelin' juicy. Bright black cherry, cassis and tart red fruit with a little peppery spice and plenty of fresh acidity. A lively, easy-drinking take on Côt that’s equally happy with a fancy French bistro-inspired dinner or a simple plate of cheese.
