Production: A barley, corn and rye spirit is double distilled in copper pot stills, then macerated with sweet and bitter orange, pomelo, tangerine, lime, orange blossom, lavender, cardamom, tuberose and black pepper before a third distillation; 40% ABV
Triple sec, but with a little more going on. Bright orange, lime and pomelo meet orange blossom, cardamom and a gentle peppery spice, with agave bringing just enough sweetness to round everything out. Made in Mexico City by an entirely women-owned and women-run operation, and absolutely built for a very good Margarita or highlighted in a spritz.
