A refined orange wine made from organically grown Viognier. The grapes are harvested from inland Cienega Valley, fermented using native yeasts with 25% whole clusters, and macerated on the skins for three weeks. Afterward, the wine ages six months on lees in neutral French oak, bottled unfined and unfiltered with no added sulfur.
Expect aromas of tropical fruit, mandarin, apricot, and lychee, accompanied by silky tannins, bright acidity, and layered stone fruit on the palate. The finish is dry, vibrant, and elegantly textural.
