Forthave Green Herbal Liqueur

This green liqueur is part of Forthave's "Color" line of botanical spirits and is a collaboration with Blue Hill at Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture.

It is made with over 50 organic-certified botanicals, including genepi, anise, hyssop, and lemon balm, and uses freshly pressed sorghum juice grown at Blue Hill. It's often viewed as a complex, natural American take on traditional Alpine herbal liqueurs, like Green Chartreuse, and is bottled at a sturdy 44% ABV.
