Laherte Freres Blanc de Noir Brut Nature Champagne

Laherte’s Blanc De Noirs is half Pinot Noir from Le Breuil in the Marne and half Pinot Meunier from the Côteaux Sud d’Epernay. These vineyards are all biodynamically farmed, mostly on chalky soils. The base wine is fermented and matured in large foudres and oak barrels and goes through full malolactic fermentation before bottling with zero dosage.

Delicate while remaining full, this Champagne has floral bouquet and savory notes of pear, spice, hazelnut, dried flowers and anise.
