Winemaking: Spontaneous fermentation with whole clusters and 6 days of carbonic maceration in closed stainless-steel tanks. Aged for 18 months in concrete and stainless steel to preserve its bright, juicy character.
Bright cherry and wild berries, crunchy acidity, fresh herbs and a little earthy bitterness on the finish. Light, lively and pleasurable. A trip to Tuscany in a glass.
