Naturally fermented in open air pine vats for 4-6 days, this artisanal Espadin highlights the traditions of his home village of San Dionisio Ocotepec in Oaxaca. Leather, flambéed banana, and smoke make this mezcal perfect for sipping on its own or to stand out in a cocktail.
