Winemaking: Hand-harvested and gently destemmed, then fermented with indigenous yeasts on the skins in temperature-controlled vats with regular remontage and délestage. Aged for 12 months in large oak barrels and barriques, then bottled without filtration.

Dark-fruited and savory, with ripe cherry, blackberry, plum, Mediterranean herbs, black pepper, and a subtle mineral edge. Rich enough to feel satisfying but lifted by fresh acidity and fine, supple tannins. A classic Marche red with plenty of character. Great with a big, cozy bowl of bolognese!
