Deeply blueberry-forward but decidedly not a sweet blueberry liqueur—bright, bitter, herbal, and wonderfully weird. Tart berry fruit meets citrus, vanilla, warm spice, and earthy bitterness, making this equally good over ice, with soda, or in a spritz. A very fun little New York amaro that tastes like the last golden days of summer.
