Farming: Sustainable / Organic Practices. The Teresi Vineyard features older vines (many over 50 years old) grown in sandy soils, which naturally helps keep the vines phylloxera-free and the fruit vibrant.
Winemaking: Natural / Low-Intervention. The grapes are picked early to ensure high acidity and lower sugars. It is produced via direct press (rather than the saignée method), which results in a pale, elegant color. Fermentation is spontaneous with native yeasts in stainless steel and old wood. No fining or filtration.
