Winemaking: Traditional-method Champagne, fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel with malolactic fermentation. Aged for at least 36 months on the lees before disgorgement; 10 g/L dosage.
Côte des Bar Pinot Noir in a sparkly party dress. Bright, juicy and beautifully creamy, with lemon, red fruit, almond and brioche, plus a lovely mineral snap. A seriously delicious bottle of Champagne that doesn't explicitly require a special occasion but is happy to celebrate if you have one!
