Farming: Sustainable / Integrated Pest Management. The grapes are grown in alluvial soils between the Secchia and Panaro rivers, which provide excellent drainage.
Winemaking: Produced using the Charmat Method (tank fermentation). It undergoes a brief cold maceration to extract deep color and fruit aromatics, followed by fermentation in pressurized stainless steel tanks to create a soft, frothy carbonation.
