Farming: Certified organic and biodynamic; vines averaging about 35 years old, planted in red sandy soils with a limestone base
Winemaking: Hand-harvested and spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks, with approximately 25 days of skin maceration. Aged for 6 months in concrete, followed by 14 months in large Austrian oak casks and one month in bottle. Unfined and unfiltered, with minimal sulfur.

Fragrant and quietly complex, with wild strawberry, raspberry, cherry, rose, blood orange, dried herbs, and a subtle peppery, earthy note. Light on its feet but far from simple, with silky tannins, lively acidity, and a long, mineral finish. One of those wines that makes the case for Frappato all by itself — elegant, savory, and unmistakably of Vittoria.
