Farming: Organic; high-altitude vineyards at approximately 4,265 feet, planted in sandy, alluvial soils.
Winemaking: 40% whole-cluster fruit with three weeks of skin maceration; spontaneously fermented and co-fermented in concrete and stainless steel. Unfined and unfiltered.
Argentina gets in on the orange-wine fun! Juicy citrus, peach, jasmine and a little bergamot, with a lovely chewy skin-contact texture and a fresh, mineral finish. Sunny, crunchy and just funky enough.
