Farming: HVE Level 3 certified sustainable farming, with no herbicides, natural fertilizers, and cover crops to encourage biodiversity. Sourced from 30-year-old vines planted in Portlandian limestone and marl soils.
Winemaking: Grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using a low-intervention approach. Aged for an additional 3–6 months on fine lees, preserving freshness and purity of fruit.

Don't let the "Petit" fool you! This charming Chablis comes from a tiny two-hectare parcel tended by Marine Descombe, who took over the historic estate in 2017. Bursting with lemon zest, crisp green apple, and a little sea-spray salinity, it's bright, refreshing, and wonderfully expressive. Just the thing for a platter of oysters, a buttery shrimp scampi, or an afternoon that calls for a particularly good glass of white Burgundy.
