The namesake for Pinhook’s 2023 flagship bourbon is “Bourbon Resolve,” a three-year old racehorse purchased by Bourbon Lane and Six Column Stables for $200,000. Every year in Frankfort, Kentucky, master blender Sean Josephs adjusts each batch of bourbon at Castle & Key Distillery to create the best expression at that moment in time (applying his palate as a master sommelier). Aged more than 3 years before bottling, this bourbon sings with coffee, roasted peanuts, and candied cinnamon.
