A beautiful Washington Cab with plenty of dark-fruited charm. Black cherry, cassis and blackberry meet cedar, graphite and a little savory spice, with fresh acidity and polished tannins keeping everything nicely balanced. Serious enough for a steak, but not so serious that you can’t pour yourself a glass while cooking the steak.
